Yes. Customers pay only the artisan's service fee. Gwani takes a small commission from the artisan side, so the platform is free to book on.
Every artisan submits their NIN (National Identification Number) and a live selfie. Our team reviews manually before their profile goes live — typically within 24 hours.
Artisans receive weekly payouts directly to their Nigerian bank account via Paystack Transfer every Friday. No waiting, no chasing.
You can file a dispute directly in the app. Our team responds within 24 hours and your deposit is refunded if the artisan failed to honour the booking.
